Child Quarterly Demographics

This report will assist Program Managers, Supervisors, and Home Visitors with identifying missing or incorrect data to ensure a complete and correct dataset is represented.

Reminder: Primary caregivers and children with profiles and activities entered into DAISEY will be represented in reports. The data only reflects families with a caregiver that is enrolled AND has an activity during the date range selected.

What does this report represent

This report represents data entered into DAISEY for Kansas MIECHV programs. All dashboards will provide information on Missing and Complete data; some graphs may have Unknown or Invalid data. To further explore the Unknown or Invalid data, it will be necessary to view the underlying data (refer to How to Use DAISEY Reports guide).

Report Parameters

Reports can be filtered by Reporting Year, Reporting Period, Organization, Program Model, and County using the drop-down menus.

Note: The Organization selected must match your assignment in DAISEY to view data.

Form: Child Activities Form

Questions considered: Current health insurance, What is the child’s usual source of medical care?, Does this child have a usual source of dental care?, Did the child receive any amount of breastmilk at 6mo of age?, Did the child receive the last recommended well-child visit based on the child’s current age?, Safe sleep: Is/was the infant always placed to sleep on their back, without bed sharing or soft bedding through 12months of age?, Number of child ER visits due to injury during this quarter, During a typical week, does a family member read, tell stories, or sing songs to the child every day?, Which parent-child interaction assessment was completed.

Who is counted: All children whose primary caregiver is enrolled anytime during the date range selected.

Notes:

  • Only children with a caregiver that is enrolled AND has an activity during the date range selected will be shown in this dashboard.
  • To find the children that are missing an answer, select the yellow bar and the Child IDs will be listed in the right column.
