Service and Participant Data Report

This report provides data on services and aggregate participant data (i.e., demographics) for Kansas MIECHV participants. The tables provided in this report are required by and reported to Health Resource and Services Administration (HRSA), the funder for the MIECHV program. Each dashboard provides a visual that identifies demographic, service utilization, and other identified indicators.

WHAT THIS REPORT REPRESENTS

All profiles and activity forms completed in DAISEY will be considered in this report. Please refer to the MIECHV Benchmarks at-a-Glance, FAQ documents, and Data Dictionary on the KSHV DAISEY website for guidance on each table.

WHO IS INCLUDED IN THIS REPORT

Any caregiver or child participating in MIECHV will be eligible for this report as long as both of the following conditions are met:

  1. Participant was active in the date range selected in the parameters based on enrollment and discharge dates.

AND

  1. Participant has a completed child or caregiver activity form with a date of activity in the date range selected in the parameters.

USING FILTERS

Reports can be filtered by Reporting Year, Reporting Period, Organization, Program Model, and County using the drop-down menus.

Reports will display if the correct Organization – Program Model is selected and matches the user’s access in DAISEY.
